There is no certified definition for behaviour change but there is an understanding of this. It is the way in which humans change their behaviour and this could be because of distinct reasons which could be linked to the varying spectrum of wellness aspects.

We will be looking at the stages of behaviour change which are preparation, precontemplation, contemplation, action, maintenance, and termination. Apart from the stages other interesting behaviour related topics that I will look at is the personality theories in relation to health.

Finally, I will dwell into the book of James, James Chingange if you were wondering. I am going to give a simple but clear picture of who James really is.
